The 19th Annual Western Class Championships will take place from March 9-11, 2012, at the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel (formerly Renaissance), 30100 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, California.
The event has a $20,000 projected prize fund with $16,000 guaranteed.
The event has 7 sections: Master, Expert, Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E. All sections are 5-round Swiss tournaments having 3-day and 2-day schedules to play in.

Master Section (over 2199): $2000-1000-500-300, clear or tiebreak winner $100, top U2300 $800-400. FIDE rated.
